Where can I find out how your water is purified

We have a multi-step purification process that removes all impurities, minerals, and things you don’t need. Our purification process includes reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, and mineral removal for purity, which gives Boxed Water its clean, crisp taste. And for product safety, we use a UV light and ozonation process. Boxed Water is free from chromium, arsenic, MTBE, chlorine, fluoride and trace pharmaceuticals. We believe it is the purest form of hydration available and consistently provides the best taste.

How can you possibly ask 29.50 for a case (24) units of 16.9 ounces when fair market price is under $6 for same in plastic. I’d like to think I’m conscientious about environment etc, but that’s 3times more expensive! Unbelievable! Please remove me from your mailing list, you are waaay out of my league.

Thanks for asking! Plastic bottles and aluminum cans exist because they are cheap and easy to produce. If it weren’t for the harm they do to our planet, they would be a great solution. Using paper packaging increases our costs and we have an 8-step purification process—bringing you the best tasting water in the most sustainable way. We do everything to keep our pricing low and have found that we are about the same price as other premium water suppliers.

Shelf life on the water? Is the packaging okay for at least a year if I want to put this with my preps?

Hi Suzy, The shelf life for unflavored water is two years from the production date marked on the box. We recommend drinking and replacing at the best by date to ensure a pure and fresh taste.
