Q&A

What does this line mean written on the box: “Clean before each use. See our website for details”: This refers to you being able to refill your Boxed Water several times!
We use the boxed water at our Open Mic every month. What is the best way to get the water cold? I put them in the refrigerator for 2 days but it doesn't seem to say cold for very long. I didn't know if I should freeze it.: Hi! We recommend storing it in a cold, dry place for the best experience. Refrigeration is best; we don’t advise freezing it.
Hi - will a 28mm bottle cap fit the boxed water instead of the cap that comes with it?: Hi Jake, most likely that size cap will not fit on the 250ML cap lid. It's best to use the cap that comes with the carton. Best, Boxed Water Customer Support
