Shipping within the Contiguous U.S.: Flat shipping rate of $6.99. Free shipping on orders $75+ or recurring subscription orders. All orders ship via Ground shipping within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping to Canada: $50 flat rate per 30 lbs. Expect shipment within 5-7 business days.
