Terms and Conditions

Effective Dates: July 15, 2025 – August 12, 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Boxed Water’s Subscriber Perks Month. By participating, you agree to the following:

General Terms

  1. Eligibility: This event is exclusive to active Boxed Water subscribers.

  2. Event Duration: Subscriber Perks Month begins on July 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

  3. Gift Delivery: All gifts will be distributed by September 5, 2025, except Patchology eye patches. Subscribers who win Patchology eye patches will receive them with their next subscription order. Please note: if you cancel your subscription before your next order processes, you will forfeit the gift. If your subscription is set to renew every 3 months, send us a message and we’ll make sure your gift ships sooner. Reward points must be claimed through the Rewards Portal before the offer expires on August 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

  4. Gift Redemption: One gift type will be released each week during the Event Duration. Subscribers may only redeem one (1) gift during the entire Subscriber Perks Month Event Duration. All gift redemptions are on a first-come basis. Once a selection is made, it cannot be changed. 

  5. Gift Cards: Any digital gift cards issued during this event will expire on October 31, 2025. Gift cards are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Gift cards will be issued to the email address on file.  The chance to receive a gift card will close on August 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET, or when all cards have been claimed—whichever comes first.

  6. Available Gifts: The following available gifts: OWYN protein shakes, RIND snacks, Patchology eye patches, and limited edition Boxed Water VIP boxes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. The chance to receive a gift card will close on August 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET, or when all cards have been claimed—whichever comes first.

  7. Communication: Boxed Water may contact participants to confirm details or gather additional information as needed based on the email address or phone number associated with their subscription.

  8. Primary Address: For accounts with multiple addresses, gifts will be shipped to the primary shipping address on file unless otherwise specified by the recipient. Boxed Water cannot ship outside of the contiguous U.S. or to P.O. Box addresses.

  9. Weekly Gift Offers:

    • Week 1 (July 15–21): Early access to our new product for all active subscribers.

    • Week 2 (July 22–28): Spin-to-Win Grab Bag featuring products from Patchology, RIND, OWYN, and limited edition Boxed Water PR VIP boxes. 

    • Week 3 (July 29–August 4): 50 winners will receive $50 digital gift cards (first come, first served).

    • Week 4 (August 5–11): 50 Boxed Water loyalty points awarded to all active subscribers enrolled in the loyalty program.

Sign up for SMS to receive priority access to giveaways dropping every Tuesday, starting July 15 and ending August 12, 2025.

Additional Conditions

Boxed Water reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at any time without prior notice. Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of these terms.
