How to Manage Your Boxed Water Subscription Online

At Boxed Water, we’re big believers in order flexibility. That’s why we make it easy to adjust your subscription online, so you can add more cases when you need them, and skip a delivery when the timing isn’t quite right.

Updating your subscription will look a little different, depending on whether you’re using a desktop computer or mobile device. Check out our step-by-step guides on how to edit your Boxed Water subscription, no matter what device you are on!

Edit Your Subscription on a Desktop Computer

1) Head to our website: boxedwaterisbetter.com

2) Log In To Your Account

In order to modify your Boxed Water subscription, you'll need to have an online account with us. Placing your initial subscription order doesn't automatically activate your account. If your email address isn’t recognized at the login screen, it’s possible you still need to register your account with us. Click here to create an account!

In the top right hand corner of our website, there’s an account user icon you can click on to log in. Once you enter your login information, you’ll be redirected to your account details page.

Make sure to use the same email address that you used when you placed your subscription order. As soon as you complete this step, you’ll have access to modify your subscription. 

3) Click “Manage Subscription” under Account Details

Once you’ve logged on and have selected the account icon at the top, you should see a column with your name listed on the left hand side of your computer screen. Under your name, click the button that says, “Manage Subscription.” This will bring you to the web page you need to be on to make any adjustments to your subscription.

 

Edit Your Next Order Date (Desktop & Mobile)

You should now see information about your subscription on your screen. Your next order date will be listed at the top, along with a button where you can make changes to this date. You can also edit the frequency of your shipments in this section and put your subscription on pause. Remember, it’s easier to pause your subscription than to cancel your entire account!

 

You can hit “View Details” near the bottom of your subscription information to access additional information like your shipping address and payment information that you can update at any time.

Add More Water (Desktop & Mobile)

If you want to increase the number of cases you are getting in each shipment, click “View Details” then select the third drop down option titled, “Products in your Subscription.” This should display your current size and quantity preferences. Click “Edit Quantity” in the top right corner and type the number of cases you’d like to receive. If you want to add new sizes to your order, email hello@boxedwaterisbetter.com so our team can finalize your new product additions!

How to Edit Your Subscription on a Mobile Device

1) Head to our website: boxedwaterisbetter.com

2) Log In To Your Account

Click the three horizontal lines located in the top left corner of your mobile screen. A dropdown menu will appear. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and click “My Account" to log in. Once you enter your login information, you’ll be redirected to your account details page. Reminder: If you're a subscriber, it’s possible you still need to register your account with us. Click here to create an account!  

 

3) Click “Manage Subscription” under Account Details

Your name and address should be listed under account details. You should also see a button that says “Manage Subscription.” This will bring you to the web page you need to be on to make any adjustments to your subscription.

 

Changing your order date and adjusting the quantity of cases you receive is the same process on mobile as it is on desktop (see above!), but you can also email hello@boxedwaterisbetter.com at any time for questions, concerns and suggestions. We love hearing from our customers!
