When will I receive my order?
You can expect your delivery in 3-5 business days. If you need water in time for a certain event, let us know and we’ll try to help as best as we can. You can email hello@boxedwaterisbetter.com.
What are Boxed Water's sources of water?
We use municipal water so that we can fill closer to the consumer. West of the Mississippi River, our water is sourced from water that flows through the Wasatch National Forest. Product that you receive east of the Mississippi River is sourced from Lake Michigan.
Are Boxed Water cartons recyclable? How can I recycle my cartons?
Boxed Water's cartons are made with 100% recyclable materials. Our boxes can be recycled through curbside recycling programs, at drop-off recycling centers, or through mail-in recycling programs.
